About Us

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Staff member to strengthen our team.

Your Role

As Sales Support Staff, you will play a key role in providing first-class assistance to our airline partners and travel industry clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling ticketing and reservations across various airline systems;
• Providing support for BSP, refunds, and fare calculations;
• Managing customer and partner inquiries via phone and email;
• Working daily with Global Distribution Systems Amadeus;
• Supporting the sales team with data entry, reporting, and client communication;
• Assist our Sales Department with contacting agents and completing monthly sales reports;
• Assist our Sales Department with attending travel events.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in the aviation or travel industry;
• Strong knowledge of ticketing and reservations procedures;
• Proficiency in at least one platforms (e.g., Amadeus and one other system);
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
• Customer-focused with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
