China Airlines (CI) is the largest airline of Taiwan. Our head quarter is located in Taipei, Taoyuan International Airport. CI operates flights to more than 175 destinations in more than 30 countries across Asia, Europe, North America and Oceania.

Our local branch office is located in Amsterdam. China Airlines operates 4 flights per week between Amsterdam and Taipei vv. From this office we supervise and coordinate the daily sales and marketing operation for our flights departing from the Netherlands. In addition, we are commercially responsible for the sales activities in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Nordic region, France, Spain and Portugal.

Job responsibilities:

• The creation and handling of reservations, queues handling
• Frequent Flyer program
• Providing service to CI customers on the phone, via email and through social media
• Respecting the companies SOP and handling/communicate accordingly
• All other tasks related to service like ticketing/BSP/fares/reissues/groups/refunds
• Sales reporting
• Customer feedback cases
• Groups (ad-hoc and allotments)
• Administrative tasks

Job requirements:

• Minimum working experience of 2 years in the Travel Industry (airline or travel agent)
• Accurate and communicative
• Fluent in Dutch and English both written and oral. Mandarin is a plus
• GDS experience, preferably Amadeus
• Knowledge of IATA 1 and 2 (KLM 1 and 2)
• MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Motivated and a positive attitude towards teamwork
• Enjoying to work in a diverse team and in an international environment
• Stress resistant

Job offering:

• Competitive monthly salary starting at Eur 2655 with higher offer based on experience and skills
• 37,5 hours per week (full-time) Monday to Friday
