As our Operations Support Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our line maintenance network. You will ensure our daily operations run efficiently while continuously improving the way we work.
Your responsibilities are:
- Providing day-to-day operational support to our line maintenance stations across the network;
- Coordinating Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events and other unscheduled maintenance activities;
- Acting as the primary operational link between our customers and the Operations team for day-to-day and ad hoc requests;
- Coordinating Aircraft Maintenance Licence (AML) applications, renewals, extensions, and validations with the relevant National Aviation Authorities (NAAs);
- Monitoring maintenance contracts and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements;
- Supporting the continuous improvement of our Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE), operational procedures, and internal processes;
- Coordinating operational assets, including vehicles, trailers, ground support equipment (GSE), and other resources;
- Supporting the implementation of new IT systems and digital tools to improve operational efficiency;
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational performance.

You bring:
- Experience in logistiek, operations, supply chain, aviation maintenance, or a similar coordination role;
- Excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills;
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on attitude;
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work effectively with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities;
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced operational environment;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, esspecially Microsoft Excel;
- Familiarity with EASA Part-145 regulations is considered a strong advantage;
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
It’s an advantage if you also have:
- Basic technical knowledge of aircraft maintenance;
- Experience working within an aviation or MRO environment;
- Knowledge of aviation maintenance planning or operational control processes;
- Proficiency in German.
