THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be an integral part of SIA’s Benelux Sales Team. Reporting directly to theSales Manager and working with the Key Account Managers (KAMs), you will provide criticaladministrative and analytical support to ensure the effective management of trade agencies andcorporate accounts. By ensuring the smooth execution of contracting and internal processes, you willenable Key Account Managers to focus on revenue generation and relationship growth across theregion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Contracting & Sales Administration
You will handle the end-to-end setup of contracts and productivity agreements for all contractedtrade agencies. This includes inputting marketing schemes into PARIS II (Passenger RevenueIncentive System), investigating data discrepancies with Tableau (Data Analytics System), andcompiling incentive results at the end of contract periods. Additionally, you will manageadministrative follow-ups such as legal vetting coordination, signed copies, monthlyperformance reporting, and processing incentive payments and invoicing.
2. Commercial Support & Communications
Liaising closely with Sales Planning, you will implement updates in corporate discount fare filingand administer corporate tracking codes. You will also oversee travel trade communications,which includes publishing newsletters like “SIA Hot News” and managing local content andaccess rights for the SQ travel agent website.
3. Events & Marketing Assistance
You will coordinate local events, roadshows, fam trips, aircraft walkthroughs, and PPS Clubactivities, while managing logistics for corporate promotions and prize winners. When needed,you will also assist Key Account Managers (KAMs) with client presentation materials andsupport marketing actions, including the preparation of branded items.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
– Relevant work or study experience, preferably within the airline, travel, or corporate hospitalityindustry.
– You must be fully eligible to work in the Netherlands.
– Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint), with an ability to accurately extractand present data.
– Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English are required.
– A proactive, flexible team player who takes ownership, can manage multiple tasks in a fastpacedenvironment, and thrives in a supportive, commercial role.
