Singapore Airlines (SIA) is one of the world’s most awarded airlines, renowned for service excellence, fleet modernization, and continuous product innovation. We are inviting a passionate, results-driven professional to join our Commercial team in the Netherlands.
The Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager Benelux, you will own SIA’s Travel Management Company (TMC) account portfolio for the Netherlands and drive revenue and market share growth as part of the Benelux Sales team. You will build lasting partnerships, leverage data to uncover opportunities, and represent SIA across the Dutch market.
What you will do
- Manage and grow the Netherlands TMC account portfolio in close coordination with the Benelux Sales team;
- Deeply understand client needs and develop strategies to deliver revenue, share, and loyalty in line with business objectives;
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and market intelligence tools;
- Initiate and execute market-specific campaigns (in liaison with the Sales Manager Benelux) to strengthen SIA’s footprint;
- Collaborate with the Benelux Sales team on managed business agreements and corporate agency initiatives;
- Partner with the Key Account Manager Corporate Netherlands on joint portfolios and opportunities;
- Build strong relationships with corporate agencies and key partners;
- Serve as a trusted source of market intelligence and a brand ambassador for SIA in the Netherlands and across Benelux;
- Represent SIA at industry events, trade shows, and fairs.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree or higher;
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the airline or travel industry;
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken);
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
- Strong presentation and communication skills;
- Analytical, commercially minded, and adept at managing multiple client relationships;
- A proactive relationship builder—personable, tenacious, resourceful, and results-oriented;
- Creative, innovative, and comfortable working both independently and under pressure;
- Flexible and responsive in resolving client issues.
