Cargo Traffic Coordinator Job description:

• Flight Handling (Coordinating the turnaround of our aircrafts on the apron);
• Warehouse Supervision (Supervising the build-up of our cargo on our ULD’s);
• Truck Handling – Import/Export;
• Pre-Flight Data Processing (AWB capturing) and Post-Flight Data Processing (CSS);
• Special Cargo Handling;
• Load Ability Checks;
• Flight and truck Planning (Providing build-up instructions to our GHA’s in AMS and BRU);
• Import and Customs data processing;
• Weightslip Processing;
• ULD Control;
• Crew Hotel Reservations;
• Tracing and Irregularity Handling;
• General administration and assisting the Sales/Reservations team (E-mail/Telephone).

Profile:

• Fluent in English, Intermediate level Dutch at least (Verbally and reading/writing);
• Computer skills including Google workspace;
• Persuasive, Attention to Detail & Quality;
• Decisive, organized, solution and Result Driven;
• Basic Air Cargo knowledge including customs formalities and procedures;
• Working experience in an Air Cargo related environment (Recommended);
• Completed advanced Air Cargo courses recognized by IATA, such as Dangerous Goods Acceptance and Basic Load Control (Preferred);
• Must be able to live and work in the Netherlands (Korean Air will not support any application for a work permit);
• Driver’s license(Manual) is mandatory.
