What is the Opportunity:
As Sales Manager AMRO you have the opportunity to develop the Aircraft Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul business at Fokker Techniek in Woensdrecht. Same as his colleagues shares the Fokker Techniek story and provides the highest quality standards in his job.
You will be responsible for acquiring new costumers and accounts of approximately € 5 million per year. This will require you to have a sales & marketing and win strategy with new and existing customers and to form long-term strategic partnerships. You will report to the Director Marketing & Sales.

Who we are looking for:
An individual who can generate and win new customers for the AMRO business and takes the responsibility for finding new customers or leads. Willing and able to make pricing proposals that are compliant with Fokker Techniek budget requirements and can propose and provide vision and strategy on a 5 year horizon.
He or she should be able to maintain and expand the (long term) relationships with customers and partners and at the same time generate market research / intelligence from within AMRO industry in Europe. The right candidate ha a commercial and contractual awareness compliance with all export control and ITAR regulation. The ability to generate and negotiate proposals for customers and communicate the positive aspects of contracting with Fokker Techniek is also an important part of your job. You are also required to travel.
Your skills and competences:
In order to succeed in this role, you require a relevant higher professional education (HBO) education and a minimum of 5 years' work experience in the Aerospace environment (Aerospace Component Overhaul industry)
Of course you have good interpersonal skills and have a capability to work within a multi-functional team. As you are experienced you understand the AMRO market & the pricing/margin relationship and are capable of bringing new customers & contracts. This requires you to be a result driven professional with excellent analytical skills and project management skills. In this business it is a must that you have a good command of the English language, both written and verbally.
