The position of quality officer at JetSupport is truly a challenging one. On the one hand it is our responsibility to secure compliance with the many rules and regulations, on the other hand we strive to offer our customers innovative and flexible services around the clock. It is the quality officer’s challenge to find the most effective way to support the JetSupport Team, to fulfil these in the best way possible.
JetSupport is an EASA and FAA Part 145 approved base maintenance station. We provide technical services and support to business aviation and special purpose aircraft. Conveniently situated adjacent to the Business Aviation Terminal at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, enables us to support the customer immediately at their arrival, assuring the highest possible availability of their aircraft at all times. With the added value of our EASA 145 and FAA certified avionics component overhaul and repair station, we are capable to service a broad range of components, equipment and systems.

In this vital role you will monitor and assure compliance with relevant rules and regulations in order to maintain the required certificates and approvals. This includes but is not limited to: EASA Part-145, FAA and TCCA equivalents, EASA Part-M, AS9110C, MLA-145, ABDO 2017, “omgevingsvergunning” as well as ARBO regulations. Naturally you take the lead in continuous improvement actions end train the team accordingly.
Your primary duties and responsibilities will be:
- Compliance monitoring in order to obtain/retain relevant approvals and/or certifications
- Implementation of risk control and -mitigation processes
- Secure process changes in order to comply with the latest regulations.
- Secure up-to-date documentation and quality systems
- Process incident and accident reports in order to secure adequate responseand actions
Professional Qualifications to be successful:
- HBO+ or equivalent education
- Fluency in English
- IT savvy
- Driving license B
- Qualifies for EASA Form-4 function
