We are looking for a Change Manager:
As a Change Manager, you work on continuously improving and developing the processes within the different domains of Component Services, mainly availability, customer interface, logistics and repair shop processes. You support the management in achieving the vision and objectives, ensuring that critical problems are solved in a structural way and deeply embedded in the organization, so that the overall performance improves. The projects in your portfolio are targeted towards:
- Organizational and way-of-working changes
- Implementing digital solutions, including Big Data
- Exploring innovative technologies
Depending on the need of the business you are a project leader, a consultant or a facilitator. The projects you are running require the use of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and project management techniques.
It is a full-time function (80%-100%) located in Schiphol Oost. Depending on knowledge and experience, the function level (MSG1-MSG2) determined.
